Hi, I'm Amanda (she/her)

A Small Town Girl with a Global Heart

My gift is presence and my work is rooted in the belief that mind, body, and spirit know how to heal when they’re met with compassionate witnessing from your SELF energy.

Together, we loosen the grip of old patterns and conditioning, and reconnect you with your values, desires, and truth.

My approach is gentle but deep—intuitive, practical, and grounded. The intention is to help you unburden what isn’t yours to carry, and move forward with self-trust, clarity, and confidence. I’d love to explore whether we’re a fit.

If you’re craving both deep healing and real-life forward movement, you’re in the right place.

Clients often find their way to me when they’re navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, or long-standing patterns like people-pleasing and self-abandonment. Some are ready to process deeper wounds; others want support clarifying direction and rebuilding momentum. Many want both—and that’s exactly where integrative work shines.

Because I’m trained in both counselling and coaching, you can expect clear, ethical boundaries and transparency. I’ll always name the lens we’re working in: counselling (healing, regulation, trauma-informed processing) or coaching (vision, clarity, planning, aligned action). And when it’s supportive and appropriate, we can move between both—with your consent and readiness leading the way.

This is a space where your story is honoured, your nervous system is held with care, and your next steps are supported with compassion and clarity.

I’d be honoured to walk alongside you!

From Surviving to Steady: What We Build Together

Why Cove?

Cove Integrative Therapy

I chose the name Cove for my practice because a cove is a sheltered, quiet place amid the waves—a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect before stepping back into the currents of life.

For many of my clients, life has been a constant push forward—caring for others, carrying responsibilities, navigating self-doubt, and feeling the weight of old patterns. Cove represents a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Here, you are safe to explore, unburden, and rediscover the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.

This is not a place of avoidance or escape but of deep restoration—a refuge where you can gather strength, clarity, and trust in yourself before stepping back into the world with more confidence, connection, and ease.

In this space, we honor both the storms and the stillness, knowing that healing is not about becoming someone new but about returning home to yourself and moving forward from that lens.
